Vine & Branch is not just our company name – It is our passion on so many levels!

Hello, my name is Rob Modiri. It has been my great pleasure to serve people in the realm of pest control since 2015. Working in this field from the bottom up to a Regional Manager position has given me the opportunity to meet and help a lot of people from all walks of life that have needs for various types of pest control from the simplest of issues to the complex.

Now in 2021, with the support of my wife and family – we have formed Vine & Branch Pest Control Solutions LLC to offer valuable services to benefit our customers in the Tri-Cities and Richmond area. It has been a dream since I was a child to own my own business. From working at our family’s restaurant, delivering newspapers on my bike, and through a tour in the U.S. Army to earn the G.I. Bill for college tuition where I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Virginia Tech in 1997, and to a successful experience in the corporate world – has all lead me to this day of being self-employed.

I truly believe my passion for pest control and our love for serving people will be evident as we strive daily to accomplish our mission to be “Always Extraordinary for our Clients”. It is in fact, our clients, our neighbors, who we consider to be Extraordinary people and we are honored to be part of their lives.

Our company name, Vine & Branch, is a building block for our love and commitment to be followers of Jesus Christ and is based on scripture found in John 15:5-7. Having this viewpoint, has taken me from a season in life spent with no hope – to finding Christ who is my all in all, which has established our family in this region.

Our daily commitment to grow as Christians and lead my family in these disciplines has for more than a decade led to peace and joy in many more measures than I ever thought was possible. My wife and I are very grateful to be alive and it is always our greatest pleasure to share how becoming a Christian has genuinely transformed our lives.

In business, we specialize in taking care of residential and commercial needs for general pest control, mosquito control and termite control solutions. Our commitment is to serve everyone with professionalism, kindness, and respect.
