Rob was very thorough. He took extra time to assure that pest would not penetrate our barrier. He even removed a baby snake from the crawl space and sealed entry points. Rob found areas of pooling water that allowed mosquitoes to populate and got rid of those areas. God is truly using Vine and Branch to remove pest and also spread His love through the area. After trying myself for month to fight freeloading  invaders,  a good friend recommended Vine&Branch Pest Control . Since we have pets and are very concerned about exposing ourselves and them to toxins we are selective  about what company to use . Vine & Branch PCS  is local , they use effective methods, are super friendly , professional  and are a BARGAIN ! Im extremely happy the invasion of freeloaders has stopped. We moved into our new house to discover some...preexisting tenants of the roach variety. One of the kids also brought home some bedbugs from school. They came and inspected, gave their quote and set a time. Within one treatment, no more bedbugs and a visible impact on the roaches. When a few mice showed up with the cold weather, Rob handled them without issue as well. Now, after months of much appreciated hard work, we are roach free! We had done some work around our house and found some termite damage so they had been recommended to us. We called and they did a free inspection and gave us a great price for the work and set up an appointment for the work. It took a couple of hours to do and has a 2 year guarantee. Rob explained all treatments to me, followed any instructions I gave, was on time, friendly and I believe went above and beyond.  They also provide maintenance services which I activated. Rob and Violet are awesome!  Rob took care of an ant problem we had in our kitchen and we haven't had any problem since. We had a European hornet nest in the eave of our house.  Rob accessed the problem and sprayed for them.  He told us they should be gone in 48 to 72 hours.  They were gone the next day.  We had big rain storm the evening he sprayed. Rob actually followed up after a few days to see if he needed to come back by, but we told him no need. We use the mosquito/tick service.  Before using Vine and Branch being in the yard in the summer meant coming in with ticks.  We have not seen a tick in several years and mosquito's are greatly reduced.

I found a spider in my home and called Vine and Branch in a panic because I thought it was a black widow spider. They came the same day! Turns out the spider was a black widow! Ever since our first interaction the whole team has given excellent customer service and taken great care of our home. Our family was hearing scratching noises in the vents of our home. Rob came out and confirmed it was rats! After providing us with our quote (which this company has fair prices for their treatment services), he went straight to work putting down traps, closing off entrances and provided us knowledge to help prevent them from coming back. V&B were quick to respond and the results were “almost” immediate.  Well worth the money! Had a persistent ant problem that we couldn't get under control on our own. After Rob's first visit  haven't seen a single ant since inside the house. Rob provided  a very thorough, honest, and professional service from start to finish. The administration department was responsive to my initial voicemail and Rob was at my house the same day. Vine and Branch representative Rob came to our home, inspected the area of infestation as well as the rest of our home. Came back and treat our entire house. When it was safe for us to return, there was no visible sign of anything and no smell of any pesticide. He did a follow-up visit/inspection ready to treat but not one insect was found. Rob was very careful with all of our furniture, courtesy and polite and did everything in the timeframe in which he gave. The cost was budget friendly. Robert from Vine & Branch Pest Control Solutions was referred by my daughter whose home he inspected for bed bugs , rodents etc. She is so happy with his work she referred his company to me,. If I could give a higher rating I would because he first of all has a great personality,  on time,. he sends you a reminder the day before and confirms with you the day of & when he arrives he will walk you thoroughly through the inspection he will be performing in, outside, crawl spaces. He did a thorough job of my property afterwards by spraying & laying any traps & will be returning to do the termite treatment. When he left I felt like I could breathe again. This is his second visit to my home in a week to  follow up on his work from his1st visit and again a reminder before & confirm the day of my appointment.. I am so happy with his work , I now know why my daughter referred Vine & Branch. If you have a pest problem, I absolutely recommend this company.
